LOAN OPTION 1- INSTITUTIONAL ASSET BASED LOANS

Use the Capital from , Low Interest, No prepay Line of Credit for Real Estate, Franchise purchasing, working capital for existing business

Line of Credit from $100,000 to $50,000,000 with loan to value range based on free trading stocks portfolio of assets reviewed by Licensed SIPC, FINRA approved, Institutional Lender with a appointed Financial Officer to work only with you and help you achieve your objectives.

Payment are interest only on capital drawn down. No Prepay. No Management fees; Competitive Loan Origination, from 7-10 day close period. No need to sell off your portfolio when you can leverage it and gain sustainable and reliable returns on investment, managing debt and increasing net worth ratios, and market competitiveness from returns being diversified.

LOAN OPTION 2: INSTITUTIONAL ASSET BASED LOANS

Alternative finance for collateral other than securities may also be available, if you are the verified owner with provenance (documentation). Eagle Capital offers a lending program against selected luxury collateral which may include classic cars and paintings.  Again, the documentation/provenance must have be verified and strong (documentation of history and ownership, which we will validate).

As required by our lenders: If you are acting as a broker, you are expected to verify all of the documents you send.

Assets that can be used include top-tier sports cars, oil paintings, and thoroughly verified and recently appraised materials via a major trading house such as Christies.

2nd Position Loans / Equity Interest cash injections ( source: private equity funds)

Our Investors provide Preferred Equity, Mezzanine financing and subordinate debt to real estate owners that have mortgages restricting cash out refinances. This is common in loans through high prepayment penalties yield maintenance, and defeasance. We arrange owners to receive capital they need while maintaining majority ownership and control of their property. We offer previous equity to be recapitalized for Sponsors that sell an ownership share in existing properties.

One of our seasoned PE firms in the US growing its market seeking conduct 2nd position , monetizing a partnership interest for cash to Clients  with returns to Lender in typical double digit rate( per annum)  with existing companies with Seasoned Management teams, M&A Strategy may be implemented.

Product 3: Equity Loans- assets that sufficient equity to cash out equity from the value, providing immediate capital event. 2nd Mortgages are available up to 75% LTV
